Returns Policy
WHAT can be returned?
All products have a return policy, granted that on they're return that they are in a resalable condition. If an item isn't
in resalable condition, the cost to return it to such condition as it left our premises shale be born by the returner,customer, and deducted
from the refunded amount.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
7 Days from receipt of purchase.
Cleantech must be notified via email: info@cleantechltd.com within 48 hours of the reason for return.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items must be shipped back to our Factory: 1 Hilton Avenue, St Peters, Sydney, NSW, 2044
HOW do customers return items?
Items can be returned in person, our factory is open to the public. Or goods can be arranged for pick up, which can be organised
by us through phone or email correspondance.

Packing materials?
Items need their original packaging for a valid return.
